Administration Scheduler
  • Job Type: 12-month FTC
  • Location: Bury St Edmunds
  • Salary: £26,000
  • Hours 8:30-17:00 and hybrid working available after training has been completed. 

We are seeking an administration scheduler who are passionate about delivering consistently excellent service and contributing to our mission of earning customer loyalty and driving business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a supportive environment and are committed to personal and professional excellence.

Day to day of the role:
  • Prompt handling of incoming customer calls to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Effectively coordinating utility work requests within an active engineering schedule.
  • Regular communication with engineers to confirm their schedules and pre-arrange necessary materials for upcoming work.
  • Diligent management of correspondence with developers and project managers, following service level agreements to fulfil all work obligations as anticipated.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A positive can-do attitude and proactive approach.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and numerate.
  • Highly organised and resilient.
