An established company is currently looking for a Customer Service Administratorto join their busy team. The Customer Service Administratorrole involves working as part of a larger team, taking incoming calls regarding repairs and maintenance and diarising appointments for Engineers.

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
  • Hours: 35 hours

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for a range of queries regarding maintenance, repairs and services
  • Effectively managing prioritisations
  • Managing diaries on behalf of the Engineers and booking in jobs
  • Using the in-house CRM system to keep all users up to date
  • Liaising with Engineers to discuss current or future bookings, dealing with their questions or queries regarding site access, descriptions and permit requirements
  • Producing quotations
  • Ordering parts and tracking for installations
  • Following up on reports of outstanding quotations in a timely manner
  • Completing RAMS and permits
  • Taking payments as required

Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
