Catch 22 are currently working alongside a large, registered charity on their search for Facilities Administrator (Scheduling Officer) to join their Estates team and support Facilities across a portfolio of 207 properties. The role will be based in Hendon (NW4)

This is an excellent opportunity for an facilities administrator who is looking for the next step in their career, into an organisation in which they can thrive and progress.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Attending meetings with the Facilities Management Team

- Supporting the Facilities Management Team and services

- Being the first point of contact for maintenance-related queries and logging all calls in the Property Management Databases

- Arranging for contractors to attend site for maintenance work

- Maintaining robust data and records on all regional accounts and premises

- Using and maintaining a Property Management database

- Managing the database in relation to Statutory Health and Safety

- Attending internal and external meetings related to Facilities Management

- Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders

The Ideal candidate will be a facilities professional with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will have strong IT Skills and be well practiced with CAFM systems.

In return our client is offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum.
