We are currently recruiting for Scheduling Operations Planner to work for a fantastic company based in Eastleigh. This will be a busy and fast paced role where your main responsibility will be to oversea and manage diaries, scheduling in appointments, dealing with inbound and outbound calls. To be considered for this role, previous experience in scheduling and planning will be advantageous. This role will initial be a 12 month FTC but there can always be the opportunity for for further opportunities within the company.

The Scheduling Planner Role

The administrator role will require you to take ownership and responsibility in scheduling diaries of Operatives, ensuring accuracy. You will be liaising with Managers and Operatives to make sure of a smooth process in activities. Additionally this administrator role will handle the liaising with customers to schedule in appointments, whilst keeping the customers up to date. Also will be dealing with raising purchase orders, handling any general ad hoc admin work.

The Ideal Candidate for the Scheduling Planner Role

For the scheduling Planner role previous experience dealing with varied scheduling and admin tasks is ideal. Having good attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy is vital in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail.
