Scheduling Support Administrator

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

£26-27K

12 months fixed term contract, Mon-Fri 8.30-5

Are you an organised individual with good experience of phone based customer services , looking for a scheduling and logistics support role with a large utilities company?

The position is Mon-Fri full time for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The company offer an excellent working environment plus 25 days leave.

The role will involve with liaising both with clients and in house engineers to schedule in utility site based work.

The Role

  1. Full time 12 month fixed term contract role with a large national utilities company, based at their head office.
  2. Liaising with clients over the phone and email, then scheduling in engineers for the work.
  3. Ensuring materials are organised ahead of the work start date.


The Person

  1. Experience in an office based administration or customer services role
  2. IT literate with a good phone manner.
  3. Due to office location a driving licence/vehicle is preferred.
