We are currently recruiting a number of Scheme Managers in the Wirral area to support our Social Housing clients within their independent living schemes on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £17ph.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create a positive environment for resident engagement and involvement
  • Daily wellbeing checks/morning calls
  • General health & safety checks, including routine testing of fire safety equipment
  • Voids, viewings and inductions
  • Tenancy sustainment including managing low level ASB and rent arrears, signposting to external agencies where appropriate
  • Referrals for aids/adaptations
  • Reporting & overseeing repairs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of providing housing & tenancy management within a social housing setting, ideally with elderly people
  • Knowledge and understanding of welfare benefits, safeguarding, risk assessments and health, safety & compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT proficiency

What you'll get in return
