School Administration Job Vacancy

Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm

Temporary ongoing

£90-100 per day

  • Reception/Administration assistant role in Northallerton
  • Reception/Administration assistant starting date: ASAP
  • Reception/Administration assistant Daily rate: £90-£100 per day depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a school administrator/receptionist to work in one of our schools Northallerton

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include.

  • Managing all administration duties in the school admin office
  • Answering the telephone
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Sign all visitors.
  • Providing Business Admin support to pupils, teachers and stakeholders
  • Answering the telephone
  • Speaking to parents when required regarding school updates

To be successful in this post you will need the following

  • Previous experience in a school admin office or reception is preferred but not essential.
  • knowledge of school systems
