Aspire People is currently seeking a skilled Administrator for a Secondary School in Rochdale.

This dynamic school is looking for a dedicated professional to manage the following day-to-day responsibilities on a long-term or permanent basis:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist all visitors to the school.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Perform general administrative tasks within the school office, including using the SIMS system.
Manage general email accounts, responding to and directing inquiries as needed.
Maintain contact records for students, staff, and trustees.
Create mailing labels, order stationery, and manage first-aid supplies.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working in a school office, preferably with SIMS experience.
Ability to effectively liaise with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, pupils, and parents.
Strong administrative skills, capable of managing the daily operations of the school office.
Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a superb opportunity to work full-time in an educational setting. Candidates must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new DBS to be considered.

Contracted Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This position is currently temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
