Reed Education are supporting one of our local secondary schools who are a vibrant and inclusive school located in Abingdon, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for students. They are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to support their team as a Reprographics and Admin Assistant on a temporary, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate reprographic equipment to produce high-quality copies and materials for staff and students.
  • Manage and maintain reprographics supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with Reception cover, meeting and greeting visitors/answering calls and directing appropriately.  
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using printing equipment and office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time, 12 hours/week on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.
  • Temporary position initially until ½ term with the possibility of extension.
