Are you an experienced and dynamic School Administrator looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Mainstream Secondary or Primary School in London? Love Success has multiple opportunities starting September 2024.

Please note that an Enhanced DBS is crucial for this role.

Position: School Administrator

Location: Mainstream Secondary Schools & Primary Schools - Multiple roles across London Zones 1-3

Start Date: September 2024

Duration: Ongoing long term roles

Salary: £14-£17 per hour (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school-based administration in the UK.
  • Confident with parents, carers and supporting pupils.
  • Flexible, positive and outgoing attitude.
  • Training with school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft, etc.
  • Valid DBS on the update service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing the school's administrative processes.
  • Handling student records, attendance, and enrolment procedures using school systems (SIMS Bromcom, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Providing excellent front-of-house service, including managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Assisting with the coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Collaborating with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
