Temporary Office Support Candidates (Brent, Harrow and Barnet Schools) �??????Job Description ??

As a Temporary Office Support Candidate, you’ll provide essential administrative assistance within schools across Northwest London. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific role, but may include:

  1. Personal Assistant (PA) to Head Teacher ???�?:

    • Manage the Head Teacher’s calendar, emails, and appointments.
    • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  2. SIMS (School Information Management System) Administration ??:

    • Maintain student records, attendance data, and timetables.
    • Generate reports and assist with data entry.
  3. Finance Administrators with FMS (Financial Management System) ??:

    • Process invoices, manage budgets, and reconcile accounts.
    • Assist with payroll and financial reporting.
  4. HR Administrators ??:

    • Handle recruitment paperwork, contracts, and employee records.
    • Support HR processes such as onboarding and leave management.
  5. Attendance Officers ??:

    • Monitor student attendance and follow up on absences.
    • Liaise with parents and staff regarding attendance matters.
  6. Admissions Officers �?:

    • Manage student admissions, applications, and waiting lists.
    • Coordinate open days and tours for prospective students.
