As the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, managing the school's general mailbox, maintaining accurate records of student attendance and communicating with parents regarding absences, organising administrative paperwork, coordinating appointments with senior staff, overseeing the school's front office, providing general administrative support, and maintaining a clean and tidy office space.

The role is available for a September 2024 start and on a full-time basis - Monday to Friday during school hours - 8.00am - 4.00 (1 hour break)

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a busy reception or administrative role, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and other administrative software, multitasking and time management skills, a friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and an attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
