We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Science, specialising in either Biology or Chemistry, to join our dynamic and friendly team at our secondary school in Maidenhead. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.
Day to Day of the Role:- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in A-level Physics, Chemistry, Biology, BTEC L3 Applied Science, CTEC Environmental Science, and Medical Science.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure students reach their full potential.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Science Faculty to co-construct a high-quality curriculum and enhance extracurricular activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of educational best practices and innovations.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialisation in Biology or Chemistry, with the ability to teach across both subjects being advantageous.
- A strong passion for science and education, with a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
