We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Cheshunt from September. This part-time role is perfect for an outstanding and innovative educator who is passionate about science and can inspire students across KS3 and KS4.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to students with varying abilities, ensuring progression through the KS3 & KS4 curriculum.
  • Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice, leading students with enthusiasm and ensuring high levels of engagement.
  • Reflect a passion for learning in every lesson, driving ambition and achievement for all students.
  • Employ creative and fresh approaches to teaching, while being flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE equivalent).
  • Experience teaching Science across KS3 & KS4.
  • A genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educators.
  • Good subject knowledge and a fresh, innovative approach to teaching.
