Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
Plan and execute experiments and practical activities to enhance students' understanding.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing valuable feedback and support.
Collaborate with the Science department to develop the curriculum and promote innovation.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Specialization in Science, preferably with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
Experience teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Strong behavior management skills and the ability to establish a positive classroom culture.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
