Prospero Teaching is working with a large Secondary school in the heart of Cardiff and is seeking a Science teacher to join their thriving school in September 2024. You will be joining the supportive Science Teaching team where students receive targeted teaching and support.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND MATHS TEACHER CONTRACT:
A large secondary school
Supportive team and a strong leader
English is taught at GCSE and A leve
Department with a collaborative approach to planning, delivery and assessment
This is a full-time position including liaising with the Head of Maths, planning and marking
Interviewing ASAP

THE RIGHT Science TEACHER WILL BE:
Hold a degree and PGCE in a relevant Science subject
Confident with teaching GCSE
Proven ability to raise attainment
Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box

THE SUCCESSFUL MATHS TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience teaching Maths GCSE
Ability to raise attainment
UK classroom teaching experience
Eligibility to work in the UK
Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service

THE RIGHT Maths teacher WILL BE:
· Hold a degree and PGCE in Maths
· Passionate about sharing your knowledge of Maths
· Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box
