Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or QTLS
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students in a SEMH school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge in science and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
