Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver Dynamic Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that captivate students' imaginations.

• Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring everyone has the chance to succeed.
• Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress and provide insightful, constructive feedback to support their development.
• Innovate the Curriculum: Play a key role in developing the science curriculum, integrating cutting-edge resources and innovative teaching methods.
• Collaborate and Share: Work closely with colleagues to exchange best practices and continuously improve teaching and learning across the school.

Requirements:

• A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
