Science Teacher needed for Secondary School in Portsmouth

We are working with an outstanding, close-knit secondary school in the Portsmouth area, known for its supportive leadership and good behavior. With over 800 students, this school is seeking a science teacher to begin in Spring 2025.

About the Role - Science Teacher:

The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced teachers in a state-of-the-art science laboratory in Portsmouth. You will collaborate with students to deliver outstanding theory and practical lessons. This is a full-time, long-term position for a qualified teacher committed to contributing to a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.

About You:

  • A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Confident Science teacher for Key Stage 3 and 4 to a range of abilities
  • Passionate about Science and education in general
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to new environments
  • Eager to work as part of a supportive team within the department and the school
