Would you like to work in a school as a lab technician?

We are currently seeking an experienced Science Technician to start in September 2024. If you have a passion for science education and a wealth of technical expertise, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in their scientific endeavours.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Setting up and preparing laboratory equipment and materials for practical-based lessons.

· Managing the procurement and maintenance of lab supplies and equipment.

· Assisting teachers in delivering engaging science lessons.

· Supervising students during practical sessions to ensure their safety and progress.

· Maintaining and ensuring the safety of all laboratory equipment.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must:

· Be available to work full-time.

· Hold a high-level degree in a relevant field.

· Commit to a minimum of two terms.

· Possess an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.

· Provide a comprehensive CV covering the past 10 years of employment history, if possible.

· Have the legal right to work in the UK.
