Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
  • Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are available and properly handled.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care and support to patients.
  • Monitor patients' vitals and assist with anesthesia as needed.
  • Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and accounted for.
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current registration.
  • Experience as a scrub nurse, preferably in ophthalmic surgery.
