Scrum Master - 39656 - £31.25/hr umbrella rate

Do you have Software Development experience, and are you seeking a new contract role in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Scrum Master, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £31.25 per hour (Inside IR35).  Hybrid working - onsite at Gaydon and home.

In this Scrum Master role, you will educate and coach Agile best practices and set up an Agile operating model. You will also help the team remove impediments and enable them to deliver business objectives, ensuring the team's voice is heard and understood.

We are looking for a Scrum Master applicant with significant experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile Frameworks and Agile planning tools. Additional qualifications include:

• Jira skills
• Agile working practices
• Metric development
• Significant experience facilitating and delivering training packages and development plans
• Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present training and process content in a meaningful, clear, and concise way

You'll receive an excellent contract per hour rate of £31.25 in return for your knowledge, expertise, and flexibility.
