SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) - £50k-£70k - Hybrid/ Remote - London

Hexwired have partnered with a software house who have a range of trailblazing products across Cybersecurity. They are looking for the addition of an SDET to the QA team, focused primarily on manual testing but with a scope for some automation as well. The SDET would bring their expertise in testing across distributed systems and helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality software as well as driving forward the test strategy and processes in collaboration with the wider QA team.

Requirements for this SDET role:

  • Proven experience of manual and tool-driven testing for application Software (C++, Java, Rust etc)
  • Experience across the Software Development life cycle
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python

Desirable Extras:

  • While largely focused on manual test - ability to carry out test automation and CI/CD pipeline would be beneficial.
