Job Summary

They are seeking an experienced and results driven SDR to join our team and focus on driving outbound lead generation and revenue growth.

This is joining a team of 3 SDR people to qualify leads for the field sales team, this involves working with incoming leads, following up on email campaigns and then keeping in touch with prospects. There is an element of cold calling but much of the role is dealing with warm leads.

You will report to the SDR Manager and work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales team to achieve your activity and meeting quotas.

The role

Develop and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies to achieve Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Be comfortable using multiple methods of outreach including telephone, email, and LinkedIn.

Identify new market opportunities and create territory plans.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Your background

Ideally at least 2 years of experience in an SDR or lead generation or telesales role for a SaaS company.

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and experience meeting daily and weekly KPI's
