Construction and Building Services Teacher/Instructor

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Term: Full time (Part time will be considered for the right candidate) Salary: TMS / UPS + SEN 1 or UQ 2

We are seeking to recruit a talented and skilled Construction and Building Services Teacher/Instructor at one of our Oxfordshire-based Alternative-Provision schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the ability to inspire and motivate students who have been permanently excluded from school or are finding it difficult to manage their behaviour.

This is a unique opportunity to make a substantial contribution to further improving outcomes for a significant group of vulnerable and challenging young learners and to help shape provision across the college and in partner schools through an outreach model.

  • Organised, with high quality self-management skills

  • Resilient and has a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for our vulnerable learners
