Secondary ECT required - Grammar Schools and Ofsted 'Outstanding' Schools across Hertforshire - St Albans, Watford, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage and Hemel Hempstead - September 2025 - Exceptional induction programme - MPS1-4 (£33,075 - £39,495) depending on subject and successful interview.

The successful ECT teacher will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to their subject and showcase a committed and eager attitude at interview. Full interview coaching and prep is available and we're also able to support with your lesson observation.
