SEN Teacher | KS2 to KS4 | September Start | Permanent Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced class teacher to join us at Reed education As an SEN Teacher, you will take charge of small classes from KS2 up to KS4, catering to students with behavioural and emotional difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of teaching assistants
- Designing and delivering a curriculum within your specialist subject (KS2-KS4)
- Developing and maintaining schemes of work across subjects
- Supporting students with severe barriers to learning
Requirements:
- QTS - Qualified teacher status
- Experience teaching students with behavioural difficulties in mainstream schools, special schools, PRUs, or alternative provisions
- Knowledge of strategies for SEN in the secondary phase
