Job Title: School Receptionist

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent position

About the Role: This Ofsted ‘Good’ school isseeking an experienced School Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in school administration and be adept at providing excellent customer service. This role is the first point of contact for their school community, and they are looking for someone who can maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and handle enquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain appointment diary and organize meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and students.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school administration is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
