The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

Flexible Assignments: Undertake short-term and long-term teaching assignments across various subjects and year groups.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment, effectively managing classroom behaviour and fostering a safe and supportive space for students.

Quality Teaching: Deliver pre-prepared lessons or your own planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning during the absence of the regular teacher.

Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new school settings and varying student needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A recognized teaching qualification with experience in teaching at the secondary level.

Versatility: Ability to teach across different subjects and year groups, with strong classroom management skills.

Reliable and Punctual: A dependable professional with a commitment to providing high-quality education.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with students, staff, and school leadership.

Enhanced DBS Check: A valid DBS check, or willingness to obtain one prior to starting work.
