We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various schools, students, and subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons by the KS4 curriculum
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
  • Continuously engage in professional development to stay up to date with educational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 3 & 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS4 curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for professional development and lifelong learning.
