We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join a boutique Accountancy Practice in Central London. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the office, providing essential support to the Partners and managing a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors warmly and handling phone calls professionally.
  • Provide support to Partners with tasks such as drafting letters, client communication, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage logistics including restaurant bookings, organising lunches, and taxi arrangements.
  • Oversee general administrative duties including procurement of office supplies, coordinating events, and managing staff-related tasks.
  • Maintain office systems, including document filing, confidential waste disposal, and courier management.
  • Handle document management, including amending headed paper and monitoring letters.
  • Conduct financial administration tasks such as depositing cheques, managing client payments, and updating financial records.
  • Assist with various reports, client setups, and administrative responsibilities as required.
