Job Advert Role Description

Main Purpose
Provides a high-quality security service to a Priory unit, maintaining the security and integrity of the building, as well as the safety of its occupants and contents.

Quality
Undertakes regular internal and external patrols of the unit and its grounds, ensuring that all
windows and doors are closed and locked as appropriate to the time of day.
Deals with any potential acts of disturbance, vandalism or theft within the grounds, reporting
these and any other untoward or suspicious incidents to the manager in charge.
If reception areas are unmanned, ensure that all visitors are promptly greeted, and that the
appropriate security passes are issued, as well as then directing them to the appropriate
areas or individuals within the unit.
Maintains an accurate record of all incidents and suspicious activities within a logbook.
Acts in a manner consistent with Priory
