The role entails working at the corporate offices of an international company providing high-calibre, customer-focused security services. The applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in the security sector. Must hold a valid SIA licence. Flexibility with shifts as this role will include working 12 hours shifts both days and nights, Monday - Sunday. The pay rate is £11.80 per hour and the Bank holidays will be paid at double time rates.

The job responsibilities of the Security Officer are:

  • Carry out patrols, supervise access, key and CCTV controls.
  • To ensure all Security Incident/Loss/Accident Reports are completed before shift handover.
  • To assess and report potential safety hazards so that remedial action may be taken.
  • Excellent customer service skills, experience working in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Have a polite and professional attitude to internal and external customers.
  • The ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent level of English both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to perform any other duties as assigned or as per the site assignment instruction.
