About The Role
The successful applicant will be motivated, pro-active and with a desire to deliver the very best service. They will also be able to demonstrate a 'can-do' mentality and drive to perform at the very top of their game.

You will be responsible for protecting the security and safety of the identified buildings, employees, and customers. You will ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and meet relevant legislation whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

You will be working on a variable shift rota, 7 days a week, days and nights, 24 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
  • Patrolling internally and externally of premises.
  • Bag searching.
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Key desk and Reception Duties
  • Access control
  • Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
  • Car park barrier control and traffic management.
  • Crowd management and support of events and promotions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Flexibility for 7 days a week - both day & night shifts required.
  • Experience of working within the Security Industry.
  • SIA licence - Door Supervisor (DS) - Essential.
  • First Aid Qualification - Essential.
  • CCTV - Preferable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity.
