Our client, a Market Leading Property Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Security Supervisor/ Team Leader to oversee the Environmental Services on their large public building in Grays, Essex.

The purpose of the Security Supervisor role is to take responsibility for setting the standard and leading the team to deliver an exceptionally high professional standard of service. You will have direct line management responsibility for a large-scale multifunctional team. The role will involve developing and delivering our service model in line with our strategic organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Security Supervisor/ Team Leader. You will have significant experience in supervising a large team across a large estate. You will hold your SIA License and CCTV Qualification. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to support operational management with shift rotas, staff development, training, stock, and materials management and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with compliance to health and safety and auditory bodies. 

Please note that this is a full time permanent position. 40 hours per week (Rolling shifts - 4 on 4 off) 12hr shifts including 2 x 1hr breaks (unpaid). Shifts are either Day (6am - 6pm) or Nights (6pm - 6am).
