Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor -South East England
 
We are recruiting in the  Folowing postcodes: BH,BN,CR,DT,GU, KT,PO, RH, SM, SO,SP
 
And we are seeking highly motivated, self-sufficient, and high-performing mortgage and protection advisors to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Our target audience is seasoned professionals who have already built a strong book of clients and are generating an annual income of around £50,000 or more from their self-generated business. We offer an unbeatable opportunity for you to maximise your earnings and take your career to new heights.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional mortgage and protection advice to your existing client base and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire mortgage and protection process, from initial client consultation to application submission and completion.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mortgage and protection market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Promote and offer our core product, the Home Buyer Service (HBS), to clients, adding value and generating additional revenue streams.
 
Our Compelling Proposition:
Highest Pay as a Percentage of Total Income Generated:
- 90% paid on self-generated leads – the highest payout rate in the industry.
- 40% paid on OneDome leads.
- 50% paid on leads from our established introducer network (estate agents, etc.).
- 25% of generated revenue for referrals to our protection specialist team.
- 25% of generated revenue for referrals to our financial planning (wealth) specialist team.
 
Support and Resources:
- Comprehensive support for marketing, compliance, business development, and lead generation.
- Formula-based exit plan: After working with us for 3 years or more, we will review your business and client base and provide a lucrative payout at the end of the term.
- Retainer offered: A 3-month loan provided to be repaid over a year, helping you manage your cash flow.
 
Additional Benefits:
- Ability to offer OneDome's core product, the Home Buyer Service (HBS), to demonstrate more value to clients and generate additional revenue per case.
- Membership in PMS, the largest mortgage network in the UK, providing access to a wide range of lenders and products.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record as a successful mortgage and protection advisor, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Existing book of clients and a steady stream of self-generated business.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection industry, products, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest ethical standards.
