What’s in it for your business?

  • Average weekly revenue between £800-£1500 (depending on successful delivery / collection volumes, delivery routes and times)
  • Speedy weekly invoicing to make your business admin simple.
  • A year-round contract with fixed routes. We’ll try to accommodate your preferred route wherever possible.
  • Access to hire state-of-the-art PDA technology to support route planning and delivery tracking.

  • Backing from the one of the UK’s largest and most established national express carrier businesses.

You’ll be offered a contract for services which would commit you to providing services 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).  Parcelforce may also require your services on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

You’ll be responsible for arranging your own route cover for sickness or holiday absence to meet your service obligations.

About you

To be considered, you’ll need to have the following:

  • Access to your own long wheel-based van, fitted with reversing camera or sensor.
  • Personal vehicle insurance which must cover the carriage of goods for hire and reward, and emergency breakdown cover.
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Valid business insurances, including: £5 million Public Liability, £5 million Employers Liability, and £25,000 Goods in Transit.
  • A smart appearance and full PPE always including steel toecap boots.
  • Good level of fitness to meet the demands of multi-drop delivery with parcels weighing at least 30kg.
  • Ability to pass a basic CRB check and Right to Work checks.
