SEMH KS3 Teaching Assistant, Rotherham

Academics Agency is looking for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with KS3 students in the Rotherham area, Monday to Friday, temp position, term-time only. This is your opportunity to inspire and support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

What You'll Do:
?? Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, building confidence and emotional resilience.
?? Assist teachers in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
?? Provide one-on-one or small group support tailored to individual student needs.
?? Work closely with staff to develop strategies for students' personal growth and academic success.

Requirements:
A passion for working with children with special educational needs. A DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications.
