SEMH Pastoral Support

Do you want to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs whilst using your passion for the outdoors?We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Outdoor Learning Support Assistant / Pastoral Lead to join one of our amazing SEMH schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with outdoor activities and programs to support students’ well-being and personal growth.
• Build positive relationships and provide pastoral support tailored to SEMH students.
• Promote resilience, self-esteem, and social skills through experiential learning.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate outdoor learning with the curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in education, pastoral care, or working with SEMH students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A love for the outdoors and the ability to engage students in various activities.
• Relevant qualifications in education.
