Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications: Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (Grade C or above).
• Education: A solid educational background across various subjects.
• Skills: Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programs.
• Policy Savvy: Understanding of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation.
