Passionate SEMH Teaching Assistants Wanted

Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Join our team at an independent SEN School in the borough of Barking & Dagenham. We are looking for compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants who are eager to support and nurture our pupils.

Immediate Requirements:

  • Positions Needed: 3-5 SEMH Teaching Assistants (TAs)
  • Gender Preference: Ideally one or two male TAs to balance ratios
  • Special Skills: Experience in Speech and Language, PECS, SEMH, ASC

About the Role:

  • Hours: 08:15 - 16:15
  • Salary: £100 - £110 PAYE
  • Location: Dagenham and Romford

Trial Period: Trials will take place during the first week back of the new academic year starting on 4th September.

About Us: We are an independent special school committed to providing outstanding education and support for children and young people with an EHCP for SEMH and ASC needs. Our two sites include a school in Dagenham and a vocational centre in Romford.

Your Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our pupils develop their individual strengths and gain the skills they need to lead fulfilling adult lives.
