Role Responsibilities- Accounts Preparation: Prepare accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for any queries and providing expert advice
- VAT Returns: Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Mentorship: Support junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping to develop their skills
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve processes and client services

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an accounting role, ideally within an accountancy practice
- Qualifications: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or AAT, with the ambition to complete further qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Team Player: A collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute to team success, while also managing your own workload independently
