Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for small Limited Companies under FRS102 & FRS105, ensuring a full working paper file for manager and partner review
• Handle corporation and personal tax computations
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Carry out general bookkeeping duties using software like QuickBooks & Xero
• Address ad-hoc queries from HMRC and clients
• Provide support to other team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a UK accountancy practice is a MUST (please note, applications without this will not be considered)
• Qualifications: AAT, ACCA, or ACA (part or fully qualified)
• Software: Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• People Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
