The Role:

As a Practice Accountant, you will be providing client-focused accounting services with direct client interaction and varied responsibilities.

Duties:

• Act as the primary client contact, delivering high-quality accounting services.
• Prepare accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in VAT, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and prepare management accounts.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• ACCA part or fully qualified.
• Knowledge of UK accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
