SEN Care Assistant

Upton Meadows Primary School, part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust, has a vacancy for a SEN Support Assistant (Health) to support a child starting in Reception in September 2024 who has complex health needs. The role is based on funding specifically to provide individual critical health care for this pupil through his/her EHCP. This will be reviewed regularly, particularly if the health needs of the child change, and at the end of each academic year.

Full specialist training will be provided to the successful candidate and ongoing support provided by various healthcare professionals as well as a supportive in-school team.
