My client is a growing regional firm ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers, and they want to recruit a SEN Associate to join their expanding team in Plymouth. 
  
The ideal candidate will an experienced education/SEN Lawyer with a track record and interest in business development. You will be joining an already established, successful team that is highly regarded in this area of law.
  
The team have over 25 years’ experience in helping children, with strong relationships with both experts and independent special schools. You will be working alongside lawyers experienced in mental capacity law, supporting children with very complex needs.
  
Salary will be £55,000 DOE with hybrid 2-3 days in the office a week. My client offers a truly great benefits package that includes 28 days AL plus bank holidays and your birthday off, private medical insurance, electric car scheme, gym membership and discount on legal fees and so on. They also offer other unique benefits such as 2 days paid leave to volunteer for a charity of your choice. You can exchange 1 days AL for 15 hours of flexible time to take whenever you wish. Fancy 4 weeks off to travel? Every 5 years of service you are paid for 4 weeks to use as you please.

You will be put on training courses, attend seminars and work closely with senior members of the team to allow you to go as far as you want.
