KS1 / KS2 SEN 1:1 LSA, Hackney
Hays is working with an excellent primary school in Hackney, Stamford Hill.

They are currently seeking a morning learning support assistant from around 8:30 - 13:00. You will be helping in the classroom and working 1:1 outside the classroom with SEN where needed.

Your New RoleYou will be expected to follow the school's policies and procedures, and work collaboratively with other staff and professionals. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in education, childcare or SEN, or equivalent experience.
  • A good understanding of the needs of pupils with learning difficulties and sensory needs.
  • A positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sense of humour
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
