We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an excellent school in Birmingham. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a supportive environment that enables pupils to flourish and acquire essential life skills. You will be responsible for a small class, providing support across all subjects, and fostering the development of each pupil’s talents and interests. As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary staff team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

About You:

  • Experience working with children with Autism and associated needs is highly desirable.
  • A passion for supporting young people’s learning and development.
  • A commitment to making a positive impact on the lives and education of children and young people.
