Are you passionate about teaching mathematics in a supportive, child-centered environment? We're looking for a Mathematics Specialist (QTS) to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to work in small class sizes with a maximum of 12 students, enabling you to provide personalised learning experiences.

Our students, who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), often face additional challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We believe in a 'can't do yet' approach, fostering resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you'll receive extensive therapeutic training and support, ensuring you're equipped to meet the diverse needs of our students.

The Role:

• Teach a broad Maths curriculum, including Entry Level, Functional Skills, GCSE, and Key Stage 3.
• Develop professional, nurturing relationships with students to motivate and inspire them.
• Work closely with education and therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authorities to secure outstanding outcomes.
• Be a part of a collaborative team, contributing to the development of both the academic curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
