Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Oxted, Surrey

Start Date: September 2024

Salary: £19,492 - £21,146 (actual salary, depending on experience)

Hours: 30 hours per week – Term Time + 3 weeks in the holiday, ideally across 5 days

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of our school, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate HR databases.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
